గుంటూరు జిల్లా చిలకలూరిపేట కేంద్రంగా ఒయాసిస్ సంస్థ 12వ వార్షికోత్సవ సభను జరుపుకోవడం ఆ సందర్భంగా ప్రత్యేక సంచికను రూపొందించుచున్న విషయం తెలిసింది. ఆనందదాయకం. ఒయాసిస్ సంస్థ అధ్యక్షురాలు డాక్టర్ కందిమళ్ల జయమ్మ గారు సుపరిచితురాలు. 1989 నుండి 1994 వరకు సహచర శాసన సభ్యురాలు శాసన సభ్యురాలిగా ఉన్నప్పుడు ప్రతివారం ఒక్కొక్క గ్రామంలో ఉచిత మెగా వైద్య శిబిరాలను నిర్వహించి ప్రజలకు విశేషమైన సేవలందించారు. వారి సేవాతత్పరతను గుర్తించి సేవా రంగంలో డాక్టర్ జయమ్మ గారికి ప్రభుత్వం ఉగాది పురస్కారాన్ని ప్రకటించింది. మహిళా సభ్యులతో ఒయాసిస్ సేవా సంస్థను స్థాపించి గత పదేళ్ల కాలం నుండి మహిళలు, శిశువుల స్వావలంబన కోసం వినూత్న పథకాలను నిర్వహించడం అభినందనీయం. మానసిక సంతృప్తిని కలిగించే సేవారంగంలో ఒయాసిస్ స్థానం సుస్థిరమైనది. ఇంకా ఎన్నో దశాబ్దాల కాలు ఒయాసిస్ సేవా సంస్థ తనదైన శైలిలో ప్రజా సేవలో పునీతం కావాలని ఆశిస్తూ ! సంస్థ సభ్యు లందరికీ శుభాభినందనలు.

సమాజ అభ్యుదయానికి స్వచ్ఛంద సేవా సంస్థల పాత్ర గణనీయమైనది. వ్యక్తిగత, సమాజ అవసరాలను తక్షణమే గుర్తించి స్వచ్చందంగా వారికి సహాయం చేసి ఆదుకోవడంలో విశేషమైన కృషి చేస్తున్నాయి. ప్రజల నిజమైన సమస్యలు, అవసరాలు గుర్తించి సహాయం అందించడంలో ఒయాసిస్ సంస్థ డాక్టర్ జయమ్మ గారి సారధ్యంలో దశాబ్ది కాలం కృషిచేయడం నిజంగా అభినందనీయం, ఒయాసిస్ సంస్థ చిలకలూరిపేట కేంద్రంగా ప్రారంభమై ఇతర ప్రదేశాలకు కూడా విస్తరించడం జరిగింది మహిళాభివృద్ధికి, శిశు సంక్షేమానికి ఒయాసిస్ చేసిన, చేస్తున్న సేవలు ప్రశంసనీయం. ఈ సంస్థ కార్యక్రమాలలో నేను కూడా పాల్గొని వీరి సేవా తత్పరతను ప్రత్యక్షంగా పరిశీలించడం జరిగింది. ఒయాసిస్ సంస్థ దశాబ్దికాలంగా చేసిన సేవా ప్రస్థానాన్ని ప్రత్యేక సంచిక ద్వారా శాశ్వతత్వం చేయడం అనందనీయం. సంస్థ కార్యక్షురాలు డాక్టర్ జయమ్మ గారికి సభ్యులందరికీ హృదయపూర్వక అభినందనలు.

Good Wishes to OASIS Organisation fro their efforts in bringing about this Souvenir!

I have been in touch with this organisation for the past ten years and the labours they put into strenghten this organisation are unparallel. This organisation conssiting of more than hundred women of different age groups and different trades and professions. All aining at the welfare of the women in all fieldsin Praise Worthy.

 

Spending money collected from other sources is not “Service” at all but the way it is spent and for whom it is spent is more important. In this regard OASIS stands first. Dr. Jayammas efforts in framing this association is none to the second. Itr is not an easy affair to run organisation with different kinds of members with different outlooks and at the same time to look after her regular professional services.

Applause to all those team members who helped in the growth of this organisation and moreapphause to all those who helped financially.

I wish once again this “OASIS” will flurish for ever and ever and cherish lika a Bea con light for other organisation!
